I was involved in leading a charitable foundation — in one year our team built a community of 1,000 people across 5 countries and 23 cities. I appeared in a series about new-wave entrepreneurs, worked with the Forbes Russia production team. Through all of this, one question kept nagging me: where is the business that doesn't force you to choose between money and life?
